This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through www.muslumana.com (the “Site”) and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
1. Made-to-Order & Personalized Products (All Sales Are Final)
All Muslumana products are made-to-order and/or personalized, including but not limited to:
- personalized prayer mats;
- custom-designed items;
- name-based or gift products.
Each product is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed.
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
- items cannot be reused, resold, or restocked;
- production cannot be reversed once started.
For these reasons, all sales are final.
2. No Returns / No Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for personalized or made-to-order products, including but not limited to:
- spelling, layout, or customization errors;
- approved designs;
- dissatisfaction with color, texture, thickness, or feel;
- differences between screen previews and final product;
- incorrect information provided by the customer;
- failure to review product details before purchase;
- minor variations within normal production tolerances.
3. Design Approval & Final Authorization
Orders placed using customization tools or previews are considered fully reviewed and approved by the customer.
Any approval provided via email, chat, or other communication channels also constitutes final authorization for production.
Once approved or once production begins:
- changes,
- cancellations,
- returns, or
- refunds
are not permitted.
4. Cancellation Window
Cancellation requests are accepted only within 6 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started.

- Cancellations are valid only after written confirmation
Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
5. Color & Display Disclaimer
Product colors and textures may vary due to screen settings, lighting, and production processes.
Exact color matching is not guaranteed and does not qualify for refunds or returns.
6. Size & Production Tolerances
All products may have slight variations in size, stitching, or finishing.
These are normal and not considered defects.
7. Limited Exceptions
We may review claims only in the following cases:
- manufacturing defects;
- incorrect item received;
- damage during shipping.
These do not apply to personal preferences or approved designs.
8. Damage or Incorrect Item Claims
To qualify:
- contact us within 7 days of delivery;
- include clear photos of the issue;
- retain original packaging and product condition.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in denial.
Any resolution (replacement or refund) is at our discretion.
9. Delivery Issues
Customers must inspect orders upon delivery.
We are not responsible for:
- carrier delays;
- lost or stolen packages after delivery;
- incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
10. Improper Use
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or failure to follow product instructions.
11. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback does not override this Policy.
We reserve the right to dispute claims and restrict future purchases in cases of abuse.
12. Non-Personalized Items
Returns for non-personalized items may be accepted within 30 days if:
- unused and in original condition;
- in original packaging with tags;
- proof of purchase is provided.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.
