Where We Ship

United States (all 50 states and Washington, D.C.)
Canada

We currently do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Processing Time (Personalized Items)

All prayer mats are personalized and made to order.
Production time: 1–2 weeks (5–10 business days).

This is the time required to craft your item and is not included in the shipping time below.

Shipping & Estimated Delivery

Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express Saver (carrier selected automatically).

  • USA: ~4–6 business days after dispatch
  • Canada: ~4–6 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or remote locations.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link.
Please monitor tracking and contact the carrier directly if you experience delivery issues.

Shipping Address

The delivery address defaults to your billing address at checkout, but you may enter a different shipping address (within the same country).

  • Please provide a valid email and phone number for delivery updates
  • Address changes may not be possible after dispatch

Missed Delivery / Undeliverable Packages

If delivery cannot be completed (e.g., no one available, incorrect address), the carrier may return the package to their facility or to us.

  • Re-delivery, return, or reshipment fees may apply
  • Unclaimed packages may be disposed of per carrier policy

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • USA: Duties and taxes are covered by us. You should not be charged additional fees upon delivery
  • Canada: Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged at delivery
