This website and the services made available through it are operated by Muslumana (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.muslumana.com (the “Site”) and all related services, features, tools, content, communications, and products (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Services.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

3. Products; Made-to-Order

All products are made-to-order and/or personalized. We do not maintain finished inventory unless explicitly stated.

You are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, specifications, and suitability before purchase.

4. Customization & Design Approval

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All spelling, layout, sizing, and design details are correct
  • Your submitted design is final and approved for production

Once submitted or approved, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

5. No Returns / No Refunds

All personalized and made-to-order items are final sale.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • customer errors;
  • design choices or approvals;
  • color or appearance differences;
  • minor production variations.

Exceptions may apply only for defects, damage, or incorrect items.

6. Color & Display Disclaimer

Product colors and textures may vary due to screen settings, lighting, and production processes. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

7. Size & Production Tolerances

Minor variations in size, stitching, or finishing are normal and not considered defects.

8. Proper Use & Care

We are not responsible for issues resulting from misuse, improper care, or use outside intended conditions.

9. Orders, Payment & Risk of Loss

By placing an order, you authorize payment processing for the full amount including taxes and shipping.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

11. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked as delivered, the order is considered complete. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by Muslumana or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without permission.

13. Customer Content & Responsibility

You are responsible for any content you submit (text, images, designs).

You confirm you have the rights to use any submitted content, including trademarks or logos.

14. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services including carriers, payment processors, or external platforms.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order or $100, whichever is greater.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Muslumana harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, shipping delays, or governmental actions.

19. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia.

You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
