Where We Ship

• Contiguous United States (48 states)
• Canada

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, or P.O. Boxes.

Processing Time (Personalized Items)

All prayer mats are personalized and made to order.
Production time: 1–2 weeks (5–10 business days).
This is the time to craft your item and is not included in the transit estimates below.

Shipping & Estimated Delivery

Orders ship with UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express Saver (carrier selected automatically).

• USA: ~4–6 business days after dispatch
• Canada: ~4–6 business days after dispatch

Actual delivery times can vary due to weather, carrier delays, or remote areas.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link. Please monitor tracking and contact the carrier if you see delivery exceptions.

Shipping Address

• The delivery address defaults to your billing address during checkout, but you can enter a separate shipping address (same country required).
• Please provide a valid email and phone number so the carrier can contact you if needed.
• Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Missed Delivery / Undeliverable Packages

If the carrier cannot deliver (no one available, incorrect address, etc.), they may return the package to their depot or to us. Re-delivery, return, and reship fees may apply. Unclaimed packages may be disposed of by the carrier per their policy.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• USA: Duties/taxes are covered by us for contiguous U.S. orders. You should not be charged additional customs on delivery.
• Canada: Buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by the carrier/government at delivery.
