RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Muslumana, each product is made to order with personalized details, which means we do not offer returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. We take great pride in the quality of our products, and if there is a defect or issue with your order, we are happy to resolve it as outlined below.

Please Note: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any made-to-order or personalized products, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations are only accepted within 6 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

QUALITY ISSUE CLAIMS

If your item arrives with a defect or quality issue:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of the reported delivery date.
  • Provide your order number and photo proof of the defect via email at support@muslumana.com.
  • We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order or personalized items unless there is a quality issue. If a defect is confirmed, we will arrange for an exchange or a refund.

For non-personalized items, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds if items do not meet the conditions stated above.
  2. Sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.
  4. All decisions made by Muslumana regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations are final.
